Rooming list
The rooming list is the final list of participant to the group. The list will be sent to all accommodation suppliers and final numbers to all other pre booked visits, attractions and lunch venues.
The rooming list has to be sent to the hotel maximum four weeks before the arrival of the group. (Some hotels may have variable deadlines).
It is the account responsibility to contact the client in due course in order to have the rooming list available when needed.
Once inserted into TP, the operation department will sent it to the different hotels of the group.
First of all you need to send the RL sent to the client into a general file on the n/drive (each department have one).
You will then have to update the pax configuration on your group book. For this group the final numbers are 8TW 5DB 5SG +G+D

Click Save and then OK
Following this, you will need to go and update the Rooming list section into Notes – Itinerary one – Rooming list and update the chart and hyperlink your RL

Last step is now to send a message to our operation team in order for them to be aware that the RL is ready to be sent.
Go to Message Queue – Queue Entry – Insert
Queue to OPS Type CCRL and OK
