Guaranteed Departures
Booking Reports
New for 2019, we have a consolidated report that gives the user in two pages the overview of number of bookings per agent for each Guaranteed Departure and also a detailed rooming list and Pax breakdown along with Transfer details.
These reports will be useful for anyone wanting to monitor Agent booking levels per tour to ensure allocations are not exceeded and also at rooming list lime, either copying into Groupbook, double checking manifests, or organising shared group transfers.
Location of the reports:
Reports for each area can be found in the following locations:
Ireland: "N:\Groups - 1st Floor\Customer Care\2019\GD Agents Totals & Rooming Lists Master IRL.xlsb"
UK: "N:\Scotland\Customer Care\Reports\GD Rooming Lists\GD Agents Totals & Rooming Lists Master.xlsb"
How to Refresh:
The reports are simple to refresh and use. To update the data in the dashboard simply clisk the ‘ Refresh All’ in the ribbon as shown below: (Repeat)
Agent Report Explained:

Select the Booking department you wish to view from the selctor at the top

The report will display all GD’s linked to this department in the left column

The agents that have sold onto each tour and quantities are displayed in the columns.
Rooming List Explained

As before select the department whose tours you wish to view from the selector at the top.

The report will display all passengers name titles and room types along with any special notes entered in FB
-
The report will also show any transfer information that is entered in the PU/DO line on the GD line in FB.
