CC Manager checks CP report daily and distributes groups to team - every AH has their own agents, try to avoid too many changes in handling certain agents.
CC manager needs to organize meeting with BD to identify easy/hard agents.
Cc to change Status into CH file into their own name and link the PCM (unless otherwise agreed).
