Cancellation 

To cancel a booking the procedure is simple: just change the status of the line to cancel to CA (cancelled free of charge) and send the cancellation (if necessary, ie not necessary to send the cancellation for some visits – check the document above) click on send: the code to use for cancellation is FICA.

When all the services in the booking are cancelled, you can change the status of the booking into XX going back to Booking details on the right and change the code of the Status from CO to XX:
