Downloading Tariff Rates
To get to the online tariff where you can check and download any rates loaded in Tourplan, please use the following link:
For the UK: http://tariff.abbey.ie:8090/webConnectODPscotland_V3/
For Ireland: http://tariff.abbey.ie:8090/webConnectODPIreland_V3/
You will get to the Login screen:
You can find logins for your agent if they have been created in the DEBTOR Section in Tourplan. Type your agent code, and go to the Internet section.
Important: Make sure you use the correct agent’s logins to send the correct rates to your client!
Once logged in, choose what section you want to visit to check and download rates on the left hand side:
Step 1. Select service type needed
Step 2. Select the country where the product is based
Step 3. Select the “Destination” as in the location/county of the product needed
Step 4. Select your date range
Step 5. You can type in the name of the hotel you need
Step 6. Click on “Tariff”
You will then have the sell rates per room per night for the required property.
You also have the option to export the rates on an Excel document by clicking on “Export/Print”
Saved the Excel doc where needed, open it and the click on Yes!
Rates will be downloaded in this format:
