Edinburgh stay procedure

If possible we name Haymarket Hub first at below Haymarket Hub sell rates;
if client not happy with Haymarket Hub or cannot accept it, then we name Mercure PS for FR & EM and PI Loriston place for ME & GE. Option for 2 weeks.
Client will know that we are holding 25 rooms in these hotels for them only, however we will not block until we have a rooming list
If group confirms, BD to insert a generic Edi line with status MN and add a note "client confirmed X hotel" in supplier confirmation field (3 little dots).
Accomm team will pick it up and work on it closer to arrival date.
If at time of RL, these hotels cannot be available, Customer Care will sell the alternative hotel as an outbooking. This means the alternative hotel needs to be same star rating and location or better.

child 0-12 years old: 50% of adult rate if sharing with 2 adults
No FOC
Applies to requests of 25 rooms or less (use ratio 1 single every 5 twins; if more singles, then the singles are charged at full twin room rate).

triples / quads with 3-4 single beds: not available
triples with 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed for children only 0-12 years of age: Ok, child charged at the above rate
does not apply to following weekend: Rugby weekends, Royal Highland Show, Marathon weekend (last weekend May) and Hogmanay
for these weekends first of all ask client to change date to a more reasonable priced weekend,
if no flexibility apply +25pppn for Rugby weekends and apply August rates for Royal Highland and Marathon weekend
