2019 Dublin Stay Procedure

  • For Dublin stays Jan to May and Sept to Dec, we name Harcourt hotel as hotel booked on Option for 2 weeks.

  • For Dublin stays June/July/August, we keep using the Dublin stay generics 2019 as quote only with NO real availability attached. If client accepts these rates, please send request to Accomm as a normal booking.

  • Client will know that we are holding 25 rooms in these hotels for them only, however we will not block until we have a rooming list

  • If group confirms, BD to insert a generic Dublin line with status MN and add a note "client confirmed HARCOURT hotel" in supplier confirmation field (3 little dots).

  • BD to contact Joe as soon as the group confirms, so Joe is aware and can monitor potential concentration of bookings on the same weekend.

  • BD to select type "Dublin Stay" in Header Details (Accomm reports are pulled based on this "type")

  • Accomm team will monitor and work on it closer to arrival date or when appropriate.

  • If at time of RL, Harcourt hotel cannot be available, Customer Care will sell the alternative hotel as an outbooking. This means the alternative hotel needs to be same star rating and location or better.

  • Child 0-12 years old: 50% of adult rate if sharing with 2 adults

  • No FOC

  • Applies to requests of 25 rooms or less (use ratio 1 single every 5 twins; if more singles, then the singles are charged at full twin room rate).

  • If more rooms or if all singles, please check with Pauline/Teresa

  • no minimum night restriction

  • triples / quads with 3-4 single beds: not available

  • triples with 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed for children only 0-12 years of age: Ok, child charged at the above rate
