How can we create a package in Tourplan?

  1. Before starting, make sure that all the costs are inserted in Tourplan for the period you want to sell the packages for.
    You want to create a golf package for July 2016, so make sure that hotel rates, green fees, transfer rates are correctly inserted.

  2. Inserting the package in Tourplan
    Go to PCM

  • Click on "INSERT"

  • Give a name to the PCM

  • Select a travel date

  • Status always have to be “FP”

  • Agent is the name of your agent

  • Currency is Euro for Ireland and GBP for Scotland

  • Subcode remains empty

  • Press Forward

  • Number of pax: 2

  • Agent: already inserted

  • Price code: GE

  • Currency: EUR

  • Subcode: leave empty

  • Tax indicator: do not touch

  • PCM TYPE: FIT PCM

  • Consultant: your initials

  • Status: FP

  • Date entered: today’s date

  • PCM analysis: leave empty

  • Press “SAVE”

You now arrive in the line insertion screen (exactly the same as in Fastbook)

The first line to insert as the following details:

  • Location                 DUB                          Dublin

  • Service                   OT                             Other

  • Supplier                                    ABB018                 Abbey Tours

  • Option                    PCMPRI                     PCM PRICE

 

And “SAVE”

You know have one line in your package.

Insert all the services you need as if you were in fastbook.

 

The Final line to insert is the following: (Sequence 5 Days after tours ends)

  • Service                    IT                               Itinerary

  • Supplier                                    ABB018                 Abbey Tours

  • Option                     ECI
