Foreign Independent Travel

Once you are done with the insertion of all the lines:

  • Send your Sell prices to info systems (1/2 twin, SRS, Triple, child rate)

  • Advise the name of the PCM and ask that this be added to the database.

 

Information systems will then create or update a line in the Tourplan Database

  • Once done you will have to link the PCM and the database

  • Please make sure that the database line has been activated for the online system

 

How? That’s easy

  • Go back to the PCM and press the “PACKAGE OPTION” line

Info systems will give you the details of the insertion in the database

  • Click on “Attach Package Option”

  • Insert the details and tick the above boxes.
