How to send a Welcome Letter
It couldn’t be easier to send a welcome letter. Click send and enter the correct welcome letter message code (see glossary of codes). The below welcome letter will appear:
You may print and sign this for Welcome packs or save it to the O drive as you would a Quote or Confirmation of Services.
How to generate vouchers
In order to generate vouchers, click the voucher button at the top right hand side of Tourplan. A box will appear and you must click all vouchers and select the appropriate voucher format:
When you click ‘ok’ another box will appear:
You will need to select ‘file’, ‘single file’ and ‘send all’ to save the vouchers to the O drive. Click the next button in the top right hand corner to browse between the vouchers.
Please note that Tourplan will generate ALL Vouchers, including hotels and chauffeur vouchers that you will not require. Please delete these vouchers before printing for Welcome packs or sending to an agent.
