What to do with Confirmations?
Once the FICO has been sent, suppliers will send confirmations for the services booked. If you receive a hotel confirmation number, please enter it here:

If you would like to add more information before sending the confirmation of services to the client you can do so in the pickup/drop off section. The example below shows the date, time, location and additional remarks for the client:

When to use Remarks (in ‘pick up/drop off’) & when to use FIT Agent and Supplier Message, FIT Agent Message & Supplier Message (all in ‘service notes’)
The remarks section can be used to send messages to Central Res when booking a hotel e.g. please book a triple room with 3 single beds.
The remarks section can also be used to enter information regarding a tour (e.g. please arrive 15 mins prior to the start time).
Remarks on Hotels WILL NOT be visible on any documentation visible to the client or the supplier. Remarks on everything else will be visible on the confirmation of services.
If you would like to leave a remark on a hotel night that should be visible to both the client and the supplier, you can leave this in the FIT Agent and Supplier message under ‘service notes’.
If you would prefer that ONLY the agent see the note or likewise only the Supplier sees the note, you can separate this accordingly under ‘FIT Agent message’ or ‘Supplier message’.
If Central Res receives confirmation from the hotel with something of note, they will note this in Supplier message.
