To refresh the document:

• Add Inn / Tourplan Inventory / Set Data Parameters / OK & Refresh

 

Now you need to ensure that the list of the hotels match with the original list of the hotels , if any hotel is missing you will need to add it, if there is one hotel extra, you will need to remove it.

You can do it in this way:

Go to the Tab “Stops”, then go to “Supplier”, type the name of the hotel you need to remove, you need to type the exact complete name.

If you need to remove the hotel you need to untick the hotel name and tick Add Current Selection to Filter.

If you need to add it, you need to do tick all the boxes.
