At the point of contracting it is agreed when the allocation is to be returned.  Some hotels require all months in January of that year while some hotels require it on a rolling basis, any time form 6-10 weeks.

Prior to starting the process of returning the allocation, you need to advise the Accommodation Team that you are returning allocation, specifically advising the hotel and the month you are returning. Simply send them an email so they know not to change or amend or take any of the allocation for the month of the hotel you are working on.
