1. Download the latest Microsoft Remote Desktop application from the App Store

2. Once downloaded open the Microsoft Remote Desktop icon

3. Then setup the connection to Abbey. The new connection lets you connect directly to the same servers as you use in the office or just one application if needed.

 

• Click Remote Resources

• Enter in URL: https://remote.abbey.ie/

• Enter your user name, for example: abbeytours\tom

• Enter the password you normally log in with

​

4. For full remote access please click on the Remote Desktop icon for your area;

• For example for Dublin, click the  icon.

• Click UK for access from London and Edinburgh

• Click Conference for Abbey Conference and Events
