Leaver Information
It is the Line Manager’s responsibility to inform Payroll of final day, any holiday pay due etc. All Staff Members who are leaving the Company have the opportunity to complete an Exit Interview. Please ensure that this has been arranged before your leave date. Resignations are to be submitted in writing to your Line Manager. Interns will need to complete the Trainee Exit Form on TMS, where their Manager can view this information.
Remember to return all Company Property incl. phones, IT Equipment, keys, badges, training materials, documents etc.
Line Managers complete references for all Interns who complete their Internship and staff leaving- if not already received you can request your reference from your Line Manager for before you leave.

Forwarding Address
Ensure to notify the HR Department if your home address or any of your contact details will be changing. You can update your personal contact details on TMS yourself, just ensure to make HR and your appropriate Payroll contact aware for future documents to go to a new address etc.
Payroll Documents
In line with payroll modernisation the P45, which is a statement of earnings, and tax (PAYE, PRSI, USC etc.) paid in the current tax year, will be available on revenue.ie or from HMRC. Leavers will receive their final payslip from the Payroll Department after the Payroll closes for the month they leave - ensure payroll has correct contact and address details.
Final Salary
Your final salary is paid to your bank account as normal on the regular pay date of the month when you leave.
Any remaining Holidays/Lieu
You will be paid any accrued holidays or lieu time in your final salary should you have not taken them before leaving the Company. Please consult with your Manager regarding taking any days before you leave.
Tax Refund (if applicable)
If you are leaving the country, you MAY be entitled to some tax back based on Tax Credits that you haven’t used up.

Irish Social Insurance Records (salaried leavers moving abroad)
You can request for Irish Social Insurance Records to be transferred to your home country. This will ensure that your own country is aware of what Social Insurance Contributions you have paid in Ireland. This information is needed should you need to claim State Benefits such as unemployment, pension etc.
