Inbox Management
The DS Team is responsible to manage all conference inboxes and queries:

Each DS staff member monitors their designated inboxes.

Emails are to be answered within 24 hours, with the exception of the weekend.
Standard Procedures:

Emails are always sent from the conference email address NOT from your personal emails.

They should include the specific conference secretariat signature.

The PM will provide guidance on the email signatured to the DS, per inbox (if there are specific requirements).
Email Tags - Color Categories:

We use color categories to flag emails for specific people.
-
This will avoid that an email is left unanswered or that it is answered twice.

The tone of the emails must be polite, helpful and professional.

Spelling and grammar should be checked if you are unsure ask for help.
