Product Analysis Report
This is a report run in Tourplan, to identify the number of bookings per supplier (or per Master Supplier) in a given time period. See below an example, using Academy Plaza in 2019.
FIT Allocation Utilization Report
This is a pivot table that tracks the number of rooms booked from allocation by hotel, in the Abbey system and in the Moloney & Kelly system, both in number terms and in percentage usage terms. It is possible to filter by county, day of week, month etc. See below a 2019 example, using Dublin as a location.
Business Levels Report
This is a pivot table, which shows the financial spend to each supplier per calendar year. It is possible to filter by service type etc. There are separate reports for Abbey and for Moloney & Kelly. See below an example from 2019, filtered to include accommodation only.
