FIT Allocation Chart - Overview

This is a static Excel document (used primarily by the Contracting team) used to track the number of rooms confirmed on FIT allocation by hotel, by county and by year. See below an example.

FIT Allocation Chart – layout

There is one row per hotel.

​

There are 9 columns – contractor’s initials, county, hotel name, rooms on allocation last year, rooms on allocation this year, rooms on allocation next year, variance from last year to this year, variance from this year to next year, and notes.
 
At the end of the document, there are totals by county and by year. See below.

FIT Allocation Chart – updating

As each hotel contract is finalized, the number of rooms agreed on FIT allocation is added to the chart.
